Mr. Masaki Tsukamoto, the Managing Director of Toyo-Kagaku (Thailand) Company Limited and their management team have done us the honor by joining us for the groundbreaking ceremony. Toyo-Kagaku, our customer from the beginning, has a very successful business in Thailand and decided to expand its production lines. Consequently, they have reserved Unit 4 in Pro Ind Factory Park 3-our new project. The Ground Breaking Ceremony would bring prosperity and wealth to both the Tenant and Lessor.

Grand Opening of SK Meido (Thailand) Co., Ltd. Factory. On November 8, 2019, SK Meido (Thailand) Co., Ltd., manufacturer of high strength bolt and cold forging, recently held the opening ceremony for its factory at Pro Ind Factory Park 2. SK Meido (Thailand) Co., Ltd. is a major supplier of high strength bolt and cold forging for Toyota Motor and Hino Motors.

Donated Money to the Ramathibodi Foundation under the Royal Patronage 2019.
On 12th December 2019, Directors of Pro Ind Solutions Co., Ltd and Pro Ind Development Co., Ltd. had made a donation in the amount of 170,000 baht to Ramathibodi Foundation.
