 Pro Ind Solutions has started our new project-Pro Ind Factory Park 3. Mr. Masaki Tsukamoto, the Managing Director of Toyo-Kagaku (Thailand) Company Limited and their management team have done us the honor by joining us for the groundbreaking ceremony. Toyo-Kagaku, our customer from the beginning, has a very successful business in Thailand and decided to expand its production lines. Consequently, they have reserved Unit 4 in Pro Ind Factory Park 3-our new project. The Ground Breaking Ceremony would bring prosperity and wealth to both the Tenant and Lessor.
